Keeping staff engaged and efficient during constant work from home operations is a challenge for even the most sophisticated managers.  Our colleagues of specially awarded horses (along with an entourage of donkeys and goats) have helped people get focused and energized in New Jersey for more than 10 years.  We can deliver a fun mental break to help coworkers improve focus and productivity by creating a space of engagement and connection while reducing feelings of isolation that some may feel as a result of what is being labeled as ‘Zoom fatigue’ amid the ongoing work-from-home schedule.

Over the years our Herd has worked with thousands of professionals, students, families, and deep trauma survivors to help them uncover the issues and remove blockages that impede having clear communication and active engagement.  Many of our veteran and child trauma clients arrive paralyzed by fears and cloaked in isolation, the group therapy sessions they attend with our horses have consistently led to significant breakthroughs and affirmations for positive change.   These horses have the innate ability to let people see the obstacles caused by isolation and disconnectedness from a different perspective and that leads to organic pathways to take action at improving how we interact with others. We believe that in just 10-15 minutes of this virtual setting with your team - our Herd can bring connection, focus, and fun to relieve Zoom fatigue in a very productive way. These horses have provided miracles for groups and teams in person in a matter of weeks when working in person, we are so confident that they will boost the morale of any staff of coworkers in a flash, with ease.

The need to keep your staff energized and focused is more difficult in a remote environment than it is in person.  In learning about how our herd members naturally support one another and thereby teach humans to do the same, this service will give a unique point of reference for coworkers to observe and interact with which provides the start for an engaged dialog about challenges and solutions.  Sometimes all that is needed is a fresh perspective on the current adversities faced and the view to recognize immediate opportunities for improvement.

Allow us to introduce these remarkable animals and provide a new outlook on New Jersey’s unprecedented long term work-from-home experience which by this time has presented issues we all are navigating like pioneers as we go forward.  You can learn more about each of our 4-legged partners by reading their bios in Meet the Herd. Our virtual cameo visits are only 15 minutes and will provide a mental break and further the basis for staff discussions on alleviating isolation, loss of connection and lack of focus. The herd mentality will transfer from ours to yours in a fun and short visit which will enable more engaged group productivity and collegial support long afterwards.
